If that doesn't work then I would just take the emu deck yuzu controller profile and edit it to swap the buttons yourself. It's just not really that possible to run TOTK that smoothly on the deck yet. You might be able to eek out a few more frames by using some other tweaks, but it won't be a very big improvement.
